MODEL GR 201 (Std. Machine) The GR 201 is for deburring and chamfering of all types of gears, cams splines, elliptical shaped and tubing end parts. Use abrasive grinding wheels or wire brushes to debur and chamfer parts of plastic and metal materials. The rotex arm enables the operator to easily and precisely position the grinding or brushing tool for best results. The compact size of this machine makes it ideal where space is at a premium. The unit is available in bench top or floor models.

| Center grinding chamfering machine designed to debur and chamfer gears and or splined shafts between centers. Standard gear capacity is 15" between centers and up to 12" diameter. Dual rotex heads chamfer both sides in one rotation. Operates on 110 VAC power and requires 80 psi minimum air pressure. Floor space: 42" wide, 38" deep, 68" high with base cabinet. Ideal for cell applications. Larger Capacity available on request. |  |
